The staff in the Cafeteria were terrible! They are your weakest link. The other staff was competent, polite and efficient!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were nicely furnished with astonishing views. The breakfast was complimentary, with good choice of different options. The venue location was convenient and absolutely perfect here in California. I greatly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel.

Loved the price and that there was starbucks and breakfast available for purchase in the lobby

The little cafe was out of a number of items by the time we got down to the lobby, which was only around 9. Then my to-go food was made and brought to the table where I was waiting, and I was about to go back to my room when I realized I didnt have my mocha yet so I had to go ask about it and it hadn't even been started yet. So about 5 minutes later I had my drink and went to my room to eat. But when I got up there I discovered my toast had no butter on it and they gave me someone else's latte :(

The whole entire 1st floor was flooded under 3 inches of water damaging our property and ruining my sons bday. On top of that the front desk was completely rude about the whole situation and I'm still waiting for a call back from the manager. The worst stay ever!

The hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle. There's also plenty of restaurants within walking distance (the best definitely being HegenBurger right next door). This was perfect for us as we were not travelling with a car.

A couple of the staff members were a bit rude and I sensed some ageism (we're students).

The facility was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The location is not good and the staff was not that friendly. They have a really great restaurant in the hotel but do not provide menus in the room. When I asked the staff if there were menus they had no idea what I was talking about.

Closeness to San Francisco.

Charged $24/night on car park.

The hotel features a charming, cozy ambiance with spacious and clean rooms. The noise levels were higher than expected, particularly from outside and neighboring rooms, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. The dining options need improvement, as the food quality did not meet expectations.

Location to sports arena and the freeway

Didn't know you didn't have room service. I ordered food didn't get it 45 minutes later. No call from food services about my food being ready. Bar closing early little variety of drinks.

When I ordered breakfast, the girl taking my order let me know they were still serving breakfast. After starring at the menu for like 3 min we were ready to order when she tells us they only had 2 options we could pick from. She should have let us know from the beginning that the menu was limited instead of giving us all the options to choose from

Pillows were too soft andg gave no support. I woke up with a sore neck and back.
